All Monarch clients may be able to utilize the athletic club on the date of service. However, for most services that Monarch provides, we suggest that you enjoy the club before your appointment. The Lakeshore Athletic Club is a 150,000 square foot upscale facility that offers a wide variety of amenities. The athletic club offers many different types of cardiovascular equipment, Cybex and Free Motion weight machines, and free weights. The facility has a lap pool, warm water pool, steam room and hot tub. The Lakeshore Athletic Club also offers a wide variety of fitness classes, spa services and clinical skin care. Onsite childcare is also available. Call for details.
